Daisy is back after 2 days!

I usually don’t “cold call” people about their missing cats—it can feel scammy—but I made an exception for Daisy. Thankfully, her owner filled out my form, and we quickly got started.

They suspect she slipped out when their dog was let outside. For indoor cats like Daisy, it’s common for them to stay close and eventually return home. Because she’s a cautious cat, I advised her owner to focus searches around dawn and dusk, when shy cats are more likely to move.

That advice paid off—this morning, Daisy’s owner woke up early to check, and there she was, waiting! 🐾

Two days may not sound long, but when your cat is missing, it feels like two years. I’m so glad Daisy’s story had such a quick and happy ending. 💛
