Lulu’s Story

 

 

Lulu was found after 3 days!

Lulu slipped out the door when her canine companion was let outside for a bathroom break. Her owner noticed right away and immediately sprang into action, canvassing the neighborhood and distributing flyers.

While handing out flyers, a neighbor mentioned that they had found Lulu a few days earlier and taken her to the local Humane Society. Unfortunately, no lost report had been filed yet—and since Lulu wasn’t microchipped, she had been sitting there, unclaimed and waiting to be reunited with her family.

Thanks to her owner's proactive search and willingness to talk with neighbors, Lulu was safely recovered before she could be rehomed. This story is a powerful reminder of how urgent action and community engagement can make all the difference in bringing a lost pet home.
